Accommodations and Advance Payment The Regent Beach Cha-am requires that we fill at least 130 hotel rooms and use their catering services exclusively in order to use the meeting rooms facilities as the venue of the APF2/ACSC5. The organizers have been asked to make a deposit for these rooms ahead of time in order to guarantee their availabitlity. Registering particiapants are therefore requested to stay at this hotel throughout the event.
The discounted price of the rooms that the Thai organizing groups were able to negotiate with Regent Beach Cha-am is Baht1,800 (about USD 53.00+USD 7.00 paypal processing fee and conversion losses) per double room per night including breakfast, which amounts to Baht900 (USD27+USD 3.00 paypal processing fee and conversion loses) per person per night if two people share a room.

Meals Subsidy
During the APF2/ACSC5, participants will be provided with coffee/tea breaks and lunch everyday without charge. All Participants are invited to a dinner on Solidarity Night, 19 October, 2009.
